Thanaporn Rachasingho, viola

performers

Thanaporn Rachasingho (Benz) is currently a fourth year, viola major, undergrad at Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music (academic year 2019). In the past, she had studied with numerous talented teachers; such as Sarawut Phalacheewa and many others. Currently, she is studying under the tutelage of Miti Wisuthumporn. In 2018, she won the first place at the Princess Galyani Vadhana International Ensemble Competition. In early to mid 2019, she has given a performance with the Universität für Musik’s orchestra in Vienna, Austria, and another concert with the PGVIM string orchestra in Budapest, Hungary, both celebrating 150 years between Thailand and each country. Later in 2019, she was coached alongside her colleagues and friends by Dmitri Berlinksy

Kawirat Saimek, piano

Kawirat Saimek (Tintin) enjoys making music of various styles. He has improvised, performed, and composed for numerous occasion, such as Art Space 2017 at Seoul National Univerity, Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music International Symposiums, SETTS Composition Laboratory 2016 in Singapore, and SoundBridge Festival 2019 in Malaysia. He started learning piano from the age of four. Kawirat Saimek graduated from Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music in 2017 ,and started the Master of Music program at PGVIM in 2019. During his undergrad years, he studied piano with Dr. Frank Reich and Dr. Elissa Miller-Kay.
